READ THE CHAPTERS AND VERSES OF THESE TO GET A CLEARER UNDERSTANDING

Matthew 6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Jesus was speaking telling them not to worry

Matthew 8:10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.
The Centurion had spoken to Jesus about authority when he was asking for his servant's healing
Another reference
Luke 7:9

Matthew 8:26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
Jesus was sleeping on the boat when a store arose and the disciples thought they would perish
Other references Mark 4:40: Luke 8:25

Matthew 9:22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.
The woman who had the bleeding for 12 years said in her heart that if she could touch the hem of his garment she would be healed
Other references Mark 5:34;Luke 8:48

Matthew 14:31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?
When Peter asked Jesus to bid him to come to him on the water and he began to walk on the water, he allowed fear to enter in and began to sink. If this incident was  not of God, Jesus would not have done it. It proves faith can overpower the elements.

Matthew 15:28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
When a woman of Canaan came to Jesus asking him to heal her daughter, although she wasn't a Jew, she spoke (her statement was "Even the dogs eat the crumbs from the masters table") with great faith that Jesus healed her daughter.

Matthew 21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
The disciples had marvelled at the fig tree that had withered because Jesus had cursed it. Jesus said having the faith as God we can speak the same thing and we can have what we say.
Another reference Mark 11:22

Romans 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Paul's letter to the Romans

Romans 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
Paul's letter to the Romans that there is no justification of the flesh in the law, for by the law is knowledge of sin.

Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Having believed Jesus, we now have peace.

Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Faith is by hearing and the ability to hear is by the word of God.

Romans 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Through the ability of God given to me, not to be prideful, arrogant, lofty, conceited, etc., but to think truthfully according to the destiny God has put in you as he has others.

1Corinthians 2:5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
Your faith should not find strength in the thoughts of men's philosophies and wordly wisdom, but in the word of God.

1Corinthians 15:14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.

2Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
We walk by the Word not by the world or the things that we see.

Galatians 3:7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
We are the children of Abraham because he is the father of faith.

Galatians 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
These are the things that the spirit of God brings into our lives, as spiritual characteristics that should be lived out through us.

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Everything is by faith, we have no power to do anything ourselves. Everything is given to us by God.

Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Taking the shield which covers the entire body by which, when we speak the word of God, against the adversary, his thoughts and actions, we destroy them all.

1Timothy 1:4 Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.
Do not give over to quarrels and arguments about the Word and genealogies and questions that do not edify.

1Timothy 1:14 And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
The grace of God (God's ability working in us, that which we cannot do) is abundant with faith and God's love.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Faith is Now! It gives matter to things we are expecting and provides signs or facts of things not seen.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Everything is of faith, anything that is not of faith is sin. God being a spirit, spoke. Things that did not exist, began to exist. This was faith speaking, therefore we must believe God and he is a rewarder to us that believe and diligently seek after him and his word.

Hebrews 11:7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Hebrews 11:8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
Hebrews 11:9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
This speaks to the faith of Abraham believing what he heard from God and moving on what he heard.

Hebrews 11:30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days.
Joshua obeyed God and on the seventh day their shout of faith caused the walls to fall down.

Hebrews 11:31 By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace.
She believed what she heard about the children of Israel and their God, conspiring against her people and thus saving her family and becoming part of the genealogy of Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 11:33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions.
David

James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
Everything is of faith, we must ask believing that we receive for with unbelief we receive nothing..

James 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
James 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
James 2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
James 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
James 2:22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
James 2:24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
James 2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
Faith must be active. Faith hears, faith speaks what it hears and what faith speaks, it obeys the word of God.

1John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
Faith is the activator of all things in the word of God. By it, we overcome the world by the words we speak in faith according to the word of God. This is how we overcome everything of the world.
